How to get a Six Pack - Do any quick programs work? Part 1

How to get a 6 pack in x amount of days, does it really work?


Let's face it, for those of us who have never had one, a 6 pack (I'm talking about abs not beer) is something most of us have wanted at some point in their life. 

Especially when it comes to this time of the year with all of this new year, new me nonsense. Everyone starts eating right, getting more exercise and doing all those crunches for at least 2 weeks until they realise that pizza and larger are a lot more fun.


What I have decided is that I am approaching 30 and would like to achieve at least one body goal before my prime leaves me (depressing thought). As well as this I am interested to find out whether any of these quick fix programmes are actually worth the paper they are written on.

So here's the plan. I'm going t
o simply type '6 pack' into the search browser and attempt to fully commit myself to the first 6 pack step by step that pops up. 

I thought it might be interesting and provide more motivation if I was to share this via slice of something and if it works, maybe motivate others to achieve their goals whatever they may be. 

From Dad bod to God? Here goes nothing!
